JB the evidence against you was strong — you did it, you know you did it, so you pleaded no contest and took the prosecution’s offer.
You did the smart thing to keep your children’s father from going to prison.
Face up to the fact that you are guilty of check fraud – the evidence was crystal clear – do what you must do for punishment, and get on your with your life.
